The manufacturing process of patch-type drip emitters in drip irrigation tapes - LVCZ Tech

LVCZ Technology Co., Ltd. has independently developed a high-speed precision injection molding system. The molds utilize imported high-grade steel, combined with the latest generation of electrical discharge machining and wire EDM technology, achieving a tolerance of ±0.005mm. The inner walls of each dripper's flow channel are as smooth as a mirror, fundamentally preventing scaling and clogging.

The 120-cavity high-speed mold completes a cycle in just 6.8 seconds, easily producing over 1.5 million drippers per day, while maintaining flow rate deviation within ±3%. From the ultra-water-saving 0.6 L/h model to the standard 1.0-4.0 L/h models, every drop is precisely controlled, truly achieving "not a drop wasted, not a drop more than needed."

To improve the accuracy of drip irrigation tape flow rates and offer more competitive pricing, LVCZ has opened its factory doors directly to global customers: lower prices, more stable quality, and faster delivery times.

LVCZ Tech : making every drop of water precise and more cost-effective.
